Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the 6bbbet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other available services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

The 6bbbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on the 6bbbet and use any of its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program — whether through 6bbbet or any other applicable regulatory system.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).

The 6bbbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including a copy of your RG or CNH, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the Pix key used for withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

User Account

Each user may hold only one active account at 6bbbet. Creating multiple accounts — even under different details — is considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials secure — including login, password, and any authentication data. The 6bbbet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their credentials. We strongly recommend using a strong password unique to this platform and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

The 6bbbet may suspend or close accounts of users who violate these Terms or who display behavior indicative of fraud, market manipulation, or the use of automated betting systems (bots). Accounts closed due to Terms violations are not entitled to a refund of any active bonuses.

Deposits

The 6bbbet only accepts deposits through Brazilian payment methods. Accepted options include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions authorized by the Brazilian Central Bank.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit — individual limits may be applied based on risk assessment and 6bbbet's internal policy. Boleto bancário deposits may take up to one business day to clear. Pix deposits are credited within seconds.

• The holder of the payment method used for deposits must be the same person as the 6bbbet account holder.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — funds originating from a third-party deposit may be blocked and reversed.
• 6bbbet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility.
• In the event of a failed deposit due to a technical issue, any uncredited amount will be investigated within 48 business hours upon opening a support ticket.

The 6bbbet complies with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9.613/1998 and Brazilian Central Bank guidelines). Unusual transactions may be subject to review and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 6bbbet are processed exclusively via Pix. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Most withdrawals are processed within five minutes, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including national holidays.

For a withdrawal to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must have completed basic identity verification — including email and CPF confirmation.
• The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be linked to the account holder's CPF at 6bbbet.
• The balance available for withdrawal must come from a confirmed deposit or from winnings on settled bets.
• If a bonus is active, the corresponding rollover must be completed in full before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

The 6bbbet reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as an up-to-date proof of address or a photo with ID — before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in cases under security review. Processing time in these cases may be up to 72 business hours.

Sports Betting

All sports bets at 6bbbet are final once confirmed by the user. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled except through the use of cash out, where available for the event in question.

Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result published by the governing body of each competition. For the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Copa Libertadores da América, the official sources are the CBF and CONMEBOL, respectively. For UFC events, the official source is UFC LLC. In the event of a discrepancy between a broadcast and the official result, the official result prevails.

Market-specific rules:

• Match result (1x2): covers only the standard 90-minute match time, unless otherwise stated in the market description.
• Series standing (knockout): considers the aggregate result, including extra time and penalties where applicable.
• Total goals / over/under: counts only goals scored during regular time, unless otherwise specified.
• First goalscorer: refers to the first player to score a goal during regular time. Own goals do not count for this market.
• Cancelled bets: if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, the bet is fully refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled selection is removed and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

The 6bbbet reserves the right to suspend markets, correct odds errors, or cancel bets in cases of evident technical error — such as odds that are clearly off-market due to a system failure. In such cases, the full staked amount is returned to the user's balance.

Casino & Slots

The casino and slots games available on the 6bbbet are provided by licensed, independently audited suppliers. Each game has a documented RTP (Return to Player), available in the individual game description within the platform.

Live Casino games — including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat — are streamed in real time by human dealers in certified studios. Results are determined in real time and cannot be altered once a round has concluded.

For crash games available on the platform, the multiplier is generated by a certified and verifiable algorithm, ensuring fairness. The 6bbbet does not interfere with the outcome of any casino game or slot.

Winnings from slots and Live Casino games are credited to the user's balance immediately. Bets placed with bonus funds on slots and casino games may contribute partially to the rollover — the contribution percentage for each game is specified in the corresponding bonus terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

The 6bbbet offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are outlined below. Promotion-specific terms are available on each bonus page.

• The welcome bonus is intended exclusively for new users on their first deposit. Each CPF, IP address, device, and payment method may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The standard rollover requirement for Sports Betting is a multiplier defined by each promotion, with minimum odds of 1.5 per selection for full counting (100%).
• For slots and casino games, rollover contribution varies by game — typical slots contribute between 20% and 100% depending on the provider and game type.
• The maximum timeframe to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the bonus activation date, unless otherwise stated.

Responsible Gambling

The 6bbbet believes that sports betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or an obligation. We provide control tools that any user can configure directly in the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: configurable by day, week, or month. Once lowered, the new limit takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes 7 days to come into effect — a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Temporary self-exclusion: available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and no promotional communications are sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure. Once requested, it cannot be reversed. Any available balance will be returned to the user following identity verification.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6bbbet and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses (multi-accounting).

The 6bbbet uses fraud detection technologies and betting pattern monitoring. Suspicious behavior is investigated internally and, when a violation is confirmed, appropriate measures are taken without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The 6bbbet is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user's betting decisions. Sports Betting and casino games carry risk, and there is no guarantee of financial return.

The platform is provided "as is". While 6bbbet strives to maintain continuous availability and stability, we cannot guarantee the absence of technical failures, service interruptions, or errors. In the event of an outage affecting already confirmed live bets, the 6bbbet will take action in accordance with its dispute resolution policy — including refunding affected bets where the outcome cannot be determined with confidence.

6bbbet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including internet connection failures attributable to the user or their service provider.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 6bbbet — including text, logos, icons, interfaces, source code, odds databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 6bbbet or its licensed partners, protected under Brazilian intellectual property law (Law No. 9.279/1996 and Law No. 9.610/1998).

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorization from the 6bbbet. Personal, non-commercial use for reference purposes is permitted.

Privacy and LGPD

The processing of personal data by the 6bbbet is governed by the General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018).
